| Upon registration, all participants will receive a confirmation including the payment details for their fees, which have to be paid within two weeks. Only after receipt of the full fee, the registration becomes valid. |
Hotel accommodation
Inclusion Europe has pre-booked a number of hotel rooms in four hotels. They are reserved following first-come, first served. The prices indicated are per night per person including breakfast and all taxes.
